ABOUT ME

My name is Joe and welcome to Joseph James Fitness.

I have always been interested in fitness. Ever since a boy when I wanted to join the Royal Marines, but life took me in a differant direction. I’m a father of one and have an 8 year old son called Charlie who is my biggest inspiration.

My other passions are adventures and Charity work, which is why with all programs bought, we will donate 10% to the ‘Charity of the Moment’, and I will be attempting to climb some of the highest mountains in the world.
At Joseph James we don’t just talk…. we take steps towards our goals.
